PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. The CI 2023 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the social dinner on November 7th, the poster/demo session on November 6th, lunch and coffee breaks on November 6-8, and electronic access to the CI 2023 Conference Proceedings. Full registrations also include access to the workshops on November 9th, which could also be attended separately.

CI 2023 workshops will be held November 9th, after the technical conference. The CI 2023 workshop fee includes attendance at any workshop. Please register for your primary workshop only, but you may move between workshops, if desired. Workshops are included in the full conference registration. The workshop fees do NOT include admittance to any CI 2023 technical sessions, the social dinner, or the poster session.

Admittance to the CI 2023 Social Dinner is included in the CI 2023 technical conference registration. It is not included with the workshops only registration. Guests are welcome for the following fee:

To register online, please complete the form at https://cvent.me/VKQ48m. If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.
The deadline for refund requests is October 6, 2023. All refund requests must be made in writing at info-hcomp-ci-2023-IO@tudelft.nl. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Letters of invitation (for VISA purposes) can be requested during the registration process on the registration website.
Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. Onsite registration will be held in the hall of the conference event, November 6-9. All attendees must pick up their badges for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00am – 5:00pm; and Thursday (workshops) 8:00am – 1:00pm. Registration hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
